Installation and Support

Site Review

Prior to installation a VHA team member will visit your office and do a complete site review to determine the best possible location of the hearing suite and conduct dosimeter sound readings.

Installation

Day 1) Equipment installation by one of our Vision Hearing Alliance team members.

  • Installation of Hearing Suite
  • Testing of Equipment
  • Room modifcations (determined at site review)
In-Office Training

Day 2) Your staff will be trained on

  • Basic knowledge of hearing industry
  • Screening process and understanding of the results
  • How to replace batteries and other minor repairs
  • How to schedule a patient
  • Common questions & answers
